Couple of questions, first what kind of decorating tip did you use for these before dipping them in the green sugar? These cupcakes have made a significant mark. You are absolutely brilliant for having made them. Wonderful! And they really look better with the brown sprinkles than the sesamy seeds. I've seen both versions... Yours are the better original - by a light year!! :)

to answer the frosting method question...
i didn't use a tip, and didn't pipe on the frosting..just used a good old knife :).
and i haven't ever made eggless cupcakes..but there's a ton of recipes out there on the web for them! google it, and they'll all come up :).
