i know these aren't cupcakes but i thought i'd post them anyway cuz they're so adorable! i used a melon baller & made mini caramel apples for our party last night. i dipped them in caramel & chocolate & used andes mint pieces, heath bar bits, mini reeses, & mini m&m's for toppings :). so cute, huh?

mini caramel apples

OH my gosh they are so CUTE!!!
I saw this in Family Fun magazine and tried to do it too, but I couldn't get that caramel to stick to my apples no matter what I tried! I'm impressed by yours ~ they look awesome. What's your secret?
