easter cupcakes

these were super fun to make. for the flowers i cut rainbow licorice into little pieces (let the licorice sit out for a bit so it harden's..it makes it a lot easier to cut and will also hold it's shape better) and stuck them onto some wire i bought at the hardware store (cut into 3-4 inch lengths). i then used jellybeans for the eggs, and green frosting for the grass (piped on of course). so fun, huh?!

Hi Kara - I'm Lyndsey's mom - we met at her shower - anyway, she sent me your link and I'm so glad she did - you are so dang creative! A couple of friends and I are hosting a "Cupcake Classic" which sounds right up your alley...my Fashionista friends are basically sugar freaks - our party is on May 7th so I'll have some great pictures to post after that. I loved your popcorn cupcakes - so very cute - you really should do a party book...really! xo, Nan

Hi Kara!

I've come over here from your party blog and I have a random question for you! I was wondering if you still have the photo op canvas from PBK from your son's 1st birthday, and, if so, would be interested in selling it? My daughter turns two in a couple weeks and I'm scouring the internet for that canvas with no luck!

Thanks so much in advance!
